Although the moderators and administrator of this forum try their best to keep this forum free of any offensive content, there may be small, isolated incidents in which it is posted, and you as a user, accesses it. While we will try to remove such content before it is accessed by you or other users, it is impossible for us to keep track on each message posted on this forum at every moment of the day. If such content is posted, we will either edit or remove the post, and the appropriate action will be taken towards the user. Upon registering, you agree to never use this forum for any vulgar, false, sexually oriented, threatening, obscene, abusive, hateful, slanderous, or anything that violates ANY acceptable laws; and you also agree to never hack, or attempt to hack into any area of this forum. Once you have successfully registered, you will be given a public profile, which allows everyone to see the various information that you submit to us; however, you are not required to disclose any of this information. While we agree never to sell any information, you provide to us, we will not be held responsible for any information that may be compromised by someone whom may hack into your account. It is highly recommended you use a password that is longer than six (6) characters and is a combination of letters and numbers. If your account has been hacked into, notify the system administrator immediately and we will look further into the matter, and adequate punishment will be given. By registering you agree to recieve e-mails from the site, which will soley contain community news and information, it will never contain advertisments, or spam. You may wish not receive these emails, in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, we offer an opt out clause in your member centre. You can also block users from sending you Personal Messages in your member centre. This forum system uses two methods of logging in, cookies and session identification (SID). If you use cookies to login, the forum will save your username, encrypted password, and board passwords to your computer in the form of a "Cookie". The other method, session identification, will store your current session on this server may PM the admin team, and ask if you may post from another acount. Complaints should be sent via PM or email to the administration team. Advertise or sell your own products or services, or post messages inviting to treat (even if to be concluded by private treaty), without first agreeing an advertising fee or commission with the administrators, which will subsequently be used towards the running costs of the site. This excludes buying and selling of motorcycles, motorcycle parts and accessories at a domestic level, but not services. Not misuse your profile - should anything you provide in your profile be offensive, or false, your account will be deleted. This includes external site links, and user names. This site and its webmaster has no obligation to monitor this site. However, this site will at all times disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any legitimate law, regulations, legal procedures or governmental request. Users must post within 7 days of registering, or their account will be deleted. Continual non use of an account, will lead to the account being deleted. Members wishing to come back to the site, will be offered a trial period, where they must be active on the site, if they have been removed. The admin team will consider issues of Gross misconduct, on an individual basis, and will act upon any isssues, that may bring the site into disrepute. Any decision taken by the Admin team, with regards to the AUP rules being broken, will, be discussed, and will be acted upon accordingly, the admin team's decision is final. By registering, and using the site, you also agree, that any Images you may post, in any format, become the express copyright of www.deauvilleuk.org, and that you, will have given up all rights to copyright to those images, as long as they were youyr work in the first place. Should you wish to retain the copyright for any images you must contact the administrator before posting them, and infom them that you wish to retain copyright to x number of images, and where you are going to post them. Any requests for removal of images without the above proceedure being adhered to, Shall be denied. There is no room for movement on this. Site Protection :- You agree NOT to join the forum or connect to the forum via a proxy server, ALL ip addresses are checked with certain paid for services, and if you are found to be using a proxy server to access the site, it will be banned, your account will be banned, and you will be removed from the site. Iinformation will be reported to your ISP. Attempt to duplicate the Site in any way by means of another Website / Domain registration / Group (E.g. MSN Groups, Yahoo Groups, or any other type of site.) Copy any of the Site's content to other websites without the prior permission of the Webmaster. This includes the forum posts. Any abuse relating to this will lead to immediate removal of the relevant account(s) Use or attempt to use, the members email list, in any way. Spamming members is not permitted, anyone, who does this is, will be banned immediately, there ISP will be notified, and may enforce their anti-spam policy. Use the forum to post any spam / pornographic material / pornographic links.
