Hi Just wondered does anyone else own NTV 650 (a naked Deauville)
just havent seen any members that have so far.
I will get a pic of mine soon its Black 1995 I would have said a good runner (only owned it for a week) but sunny today thought OH go for a ride and it wouldn't start
Just been out and bought all my "Muc off" stuff today so should have a very clean bike soon.
Unfortunately dont look as good as her on the videos cleaning my bike with muc off But I can try :[dp: [-X

DISGUSTING

I thought this site was child friendly so showing pictures of naked ladies was forbidden

HI EVERYONE

I JUST PASSED MY MOD 1 AGAIN TODAY BUT UN-RESTRICTED ON THE NTV JUST GOT 1 MINOR I AM SO DEAD CHUFFED :D :D :D
HE WAS SUCH A LOVELY EXAMINER MADE ME FEEL SO RELAXED HE KEPT SAYING OK PUT IT IN NEUTRAL HAVE A BREATHER AND HAD A CHAT FOR A FEW SECONDS, KEPT SAYING YOU ARE DOING REALLY GREAT!! [smilie=36_15_26[1].gif]

Had to do it un restricted this time the last month or so my confidence has started to kick in which unfortunately means my restrictor kit keeps kicking in.
I ride a pan european 100bhp restricted to 33bhp normal riding normal acceloration OK just when you want to give it a big kick if you need to overtake or something like that, you tend to get about half way through the overtake then the bike just shuts off the power for a second or 2 which seems like an eternity when you are vulnerable and then kicks in again.

My NTV doesn't seem to be a very reliable bike when I bought it 2 weeks ago it had been sitting still for about 3 years I think it's starting to protest at me using so regularly.
the battery is brand new but won't hold a charge keeps cutting out, its starting to back fire at slow speeds, the temp guage dont work, the termostat and fan didnt work but they are now fixed had to replace the whole thermostat housing.
Noticed today after my test oil coming out of cover in centre of back wheel and the back wheel has a big crack in it oops! #-o
Now my Hubby says th clutch is slipping when you are up at about 60mph :[dp:
