Congratulations and I hope you enjoy riding your new DV when you can get out on it.
I am suffering from new bike envy! :-)

Now I feel like the foreign exchange student. :)

This year has been a bit unusual. I have a friend who says, "Climate is what you expect. Weather is what you get." Climate here calls for more clouds, which would bring warmer temps along with their burden of snow/rain/sleet. From what I've heard, it sounds like you might have gotten our climate, over there, this winter. I'm not sure whose climate we got. Alberta, maybe.

I am sick with a cold and I've turned off my garage heater for the work week - I can't get enough done out there in the evenings, to justify running the heater all week, and the cold air triggers painful coughing. I will play with the bike some more on the weekend. In the meantime, I'm going to be lazy and sit at the computer with a mug of tea.

Katherine,

We can get the wind deflectors here in the US now. My Honda dealer in Denver has them on order for me.

Just follow this link: http://powersports.honda.com/2010/nt700 ... ories.aspx

They're down toward the bottom of the page.
